| JEREMY LATTA - COMPOSITIONS FOR FAKE PIANOS | ||
![]() |
Sick of all the lush production, over the top arrangements, and intricacy of your average Dominion release? Can't stand to hear another story about a lumberjack or ghost? Well fear not: this one's for you. Yes folks, it's minimalist piano music. For real. Or, for fake, because absolutely no pianos were used in the making of this album. Instead sampled pianos were employed, programmed with a computer - I know you can't believe it, but it's true. The first eight songs are pianos, not more than three tracks, sequenced up nice. The following eight tracks are those very same songs, but destroyed using various techniques (digital and analogue effects, editing). No other sound sources were used; just the original audio of the songs from the album. This one is a good bet if you feel like having something pretty on in the background while you do a puzzle. A sad puzzle. And it's priced to move! Hear what everyone is whispering about here. |
