TOUCHING EARTH MADE OF STEEL - THE GOOD NEWS IS: YOU'RE GOING TO LIVE or SONGS OF CONDITIONAL LOSSES

TEMOS returns! Following on the heels of the wildly successful Carl Wilson Lake Mystery comes this: TGNIYGTLOSOCL. What a clever acronym.

So what's the story? There's always a story... Well, the band decided a while back to play a real live show. In front of living people. But in order to do so they required a set of songs that was actually playable. They had two choices: attempt to deconstruct, recreate, and play some classic hits (which would surely pale against the originals) or create a whole new suite of songs that they could conceivably play. There was never a question as to which route they'd select.

And so here it is, TEMOS stripped down and raw like you've never heard them before. Well, raw for TEMOS is only four tracks of guitar, but still... It's most certainly a change over the last record, and will be completely different than the next record, to be sure.

Each song is about a medical condition and the pain of some sort of resulting loss. Like, for example, the teenager who loses his driver's license because he is colour blind. How sad.
