SELECTED READINGS FROM THE BOOK OF GHOSTS
The first ever release on the mighty Dominion label. The story is this: I (Jeremy Latta) one day decided to make an album all about ghosts. As my recollection goes, I believe my intent was to create a weird and not necessarily good album, and then attempt to sell it to a girl in one of my classes who annoyed me. And so I began recording SRFTBOG. Then Mr. Brandon Fodden came to visit me and we decided to collaborate on this little project and see what we came up with. Happily, the results were, in my view, quite fortunate. Granted, this album has its weak points (most notably Siberia - then again, Siberia isn't really a song) but I am continually surprised at how much I actually enjoy listening to it. If you like ghosts and sadness then this is definitely the album for you.

The epic Phantom is especially good. Twenty plus minutes of the note D played on a dozen tracks.

Special guest appearance by Sarah Polk.

Selected Readings from the Book of Ghosts was also released on North Algona Records, whose sole proprietor is, amazingly, Brandon Fodden.
